Pros

So far the best company ever worked or heard about, gives the exposure and the experience to be a better individual professionally

Cons

Company is known for their incentive plans and the opportunity they give the account managers to make money but recently they're just focused towards cost cutting by diff means and that's not right employees can't make a because no-one wants to get bothered and that's where MCM is lacking behind now, company is known to hear the employees and not ignore their thoughts atleast take a survey if they're ok with the new implementation

- incredibly flexible (hybrid, 1 day in person) - great mentorship and guidance - happy employee life and work balance

Cons

- more independent and not much need for regular face-to-face interactions (pro/con depending on your preferences)
