At every step, our endeavor is to deliver an empowering and enagaging experience for all our employees. That said, there may be times when certain employees may feel a disconnect between their values and expectations, and what the organization is offering. In such cases, we encourage the employees to do what’s best for them. Lastly, the nature of our business, which is governed by stringent regulations and compliances around consumer data protection, does not allow for a complete remote set-up.
