Pros

Being commission based it's almost like you work for yourself, you never go home and worry about work. Good pay if you are driven They could promote from within and have actual job growth.

Cons

They could reward or pay their high performers, they could be more innovative and take ideas from their lower level employees. I mean I suggested the mission and vision...other people got the credit. I also was one of the highest performers that motivated everyone else and was never acknowledged for that.

- incredibly flexible (hybrid, 1 day in person) - great mentorship and guidance - happy employee life and work balance

Cons

- more independent and not much need for regular face-to-face interactions (pro/con depending on your preferences)
