If you don't care what you do or what kind of person you work for or whether you are doing work that matters, it might be okay.
Cons
Good Ol' Boy culture from top to bottom, and completely gutless. Everyone there is timid, most of them are related to someone else who works there, and all the wrong things are rewarded.
