If you are looking for a workplace as the final resting place of your professional life then this is the company for you. They put people in leadership roles that don't know what they are doing nor are they transparent to their direct reports. There are confusion and illogical direction that most of these leaders are doing. They don't have the proper skill set to identify and isolate issues and creatively reconstruct them and turn them into solid opportunities. They lack the respect in focusing on their greatest strength which is the people that work hard day-in and day-out that absolutely knows what's beneficial for the company. Look some place else for a much better opportunity this place is not for the smartest and skillful person.
