Teammates truly care for each other and the company's needs - the facilities are market leading and maintained to an very high level - privately held company that does not chase short-term results but is focused on the long-term - stable work environment even in market down-turns
Cons
- often have to hire in to get top dollar compensation - can yo-yo direction based upon executive team leadership - have a habit of filling top leadership roles with outside talent versus promoting within - can be slow to exit poor performers
