Pros
Midmark walks the talk when it comes to teammate development. I would also state that Midmark takes a long term outlook when comes to tactical decision making which results in optimum outcomes.
Cons
We are often more critical of ourselves than we need to be as an organization... Overall a great place to work with many positives...
