Pros

Good pay, tons of hours. The employees in the field are great guys and gals.

Cons

They don't care about the people in the field. You can work very hard, but they will throw you under the bus in a heart beat. Material is a nightmare to get on site, and even harder to keep on site. Lack of communication between Project Supervisors and budgeting department.

Great pay and benefits, Great work/life balance, all management is very approachable and willing to listen not judge, great atmosphere with a very welcoming and positive vibe!

Cons

I haven't ran into a single negative in the almost year I've been here! Might be the best place I've worked.
