Pros

Good pay for the work, good culture of training and upward mobility within the warehouse within the warehouse. Easy to move around the company if you have hunting experience. A lot of freebees throughout the year and raises every 6 months if you meet productivity standards

Cons

It is difficult to become salaried within the company due to the lack of turnover, do you have to wait your turn and hope you are chosen within the interveiw process.

Pros

Good Foundational Experience: Solid environment for learning basic customer service, handling high-volume inquiries, and getting your feet wet in a structured corporate setting. Predictable Scheduling: Part-time hours and schedules were generally consistent and easy to plan around. Facilities & Resources: Clear day-to-day workflow processes and well-maintained workspace facilities.

Cons

Policy Volatility: Internal policies and expectations can shift abruptly, creating uncertainty and frustration for frontline staff who have to adapt without clear rationale. Limited Flexibility for Frontline Roles: Strict adherence to rigid guidelines leaves very little room for nuanced decision-making or individual circumstances at the representative level. Communication Gaps: Major operational or policy changes are sometimes handed down top-down without sufficient context or feedback loops from the employees carrying them out.
