Limited Flexibility for Frontline Roles: Strict adherence to rigid guidelines leaves very little room for nuanced decision-making or individual circumstances at the representative level. Communication Gaps: Major operational or policy changes are sometimes handed down top-down without sufficient context or feedback loops from the employees carrying them out.
