First of all, thank you for taking the time to review Midwest Bus Sales. We most certainly can agree with your assessment that we do absolutely hire hard working employees that bring a variety of skills and personalities to the table. While it is true that the owners are offsite, the company is in-fact managed in-house by the VP as well as a number of other management personnel. While we can appreciate that everyone has their own opinions, we also must point out that management regularly asks for employee-input on upcoming projects and changes to benefits. As a part of the new HR department, we have implemented a system of surveying that will allow us to receive honest, anonymous feedback from all employees on a number of different subjects as they come up. MWBS has not continued employment of any personnel involved in illegal activities and certainly does not condone or accept the behavior. When working at MWBS, we encourage all employees to communicate openly and freely with our HR department should any concerns arise with our staff so that they may be handled in a professional and appropriate manner.
