Pros

You get to do rewarding work that is directly helping the lives of others. You can contribute to the civil justice system in a meaningful and measurable way. The people you work with - both in the company and the attorney clients - are all amazing, hard-working, inspiring, and so smart. It's a niche industry that offers the ability to grow, learn, and do work you are proud of.

Cons

You must be flexible and adaptable to shifting expectations, priorities, and initiatives. Communication can be a challenge. You have to be able to manage and balance your time effectively so you do not get burnt out.

Pros

Decent salary and PTO with good 401k/benefits and work from home options for some positions

Cons

Since the founder retired, the company has turned into a cold, toxic and cutthroat typical business most of us left previous jobs because of and were so blessed when we felt the “family dynamic” at Milestone. We all used to talk about when the other shoe would drop because it seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, that shoe dropped this last year.
