Flexible hours, fast paced, challenging and rewording experience. Staff is like a family and take care of each other. Work is rewording as you are helping clients in need every day. Work is always challenging, but knowing the outcome makes it worth while.

Cons

May have to work late when necessary and high volume fast paced office. Work there if you thrive in this environment.

Decent salary and PTO with good 401k/benefits and work from home options for some positions

Since the founder retired, the company has turned into a cold, toxic and cutthroat typical business most of us left previous jobs because of and were so blessed when we felt the “family dynamic” at Milestone. We all used to talk about when the other shoe would drop because it seemed too good to be true. Unfortunately, that shoe dropped this last year.
