Business Outlook
Pros
The company offers decent pay and OT, room for advancement. Very nice to travel different countries to enjoy the port visits , you will get paid on time.
Cons
Not enough time off of work, very under staffed for years now, majority of the time you will not be relieved from your duty on time it could take 20- 60 days longer after the 4 months you have requested. They expect you to work 7 days a week for 4 months, and only take 30 days paid vacation ( ridiculous) in 2017. If you have a family I wouldn't consider this job, unless you truly are unable to find employment opportunity ashore . If you are single then its a perfect match .
