Toxic personalities in leadership at Milken are rampant and are swept under the rug. HR is supportive, but cannot act on any grievances. It is a o.k place to land out of school or further in your career, but do not expect a clear trajectory for career growth internally. Leadership treats lower level employees as disposable, relying on the power of the Milken name to attract resumes in their wake. When internal growth is seen, it is often an immensely cumbersome process that feels more of a fight than a celebration of performance. The massive turnover and lack of intervention is apparent once the excitement of getting to be involved in the Milken network wears off.
