Flexible hours, compensation on par with comparable businesses, up to date technology, midtown location, as well as offices in London and Asia, closeness to the business

Cons

Culture is changing to be more corporate, lots of management layers, huge emphasis on outsourcing, ineffective top tech managers, high turnover, no career path

Top tier experience, can take to market anywhere

Cons

Grindhouse and zero analyst development by organization outside the PM. Analysts are meat for the machine only and PMs get their feet kissed even when they are terrible at their job. Wastes tons of talent not giving analysts a ladder to PM roles.
