Pros

Working as a Medical Office Assistant here has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The management is supportive, the training was thorough, and I’ve always felt like a valued member of the team. There’s a strong focus on patient care and professionalism, and it shows in how the staff work together. The environment is fast-paced but well-organized, which made it easier to stay on top of tasks. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility with scheduling and the encouragement for ongoing learning.

Cons

Like any medical office, it can get busy and occasionally stressful—especially during flu season or when short-staffed—but the team always pulls together to make it manageable.

Pros

Job security is TIGHT. You have to do something really stupid to let go. The turnover rate for the company is overall really high due to people coming in fresh and finding other opportunities elsewhere Your schedule remains pretty consistent unless you start saying you are flexible, then they can/will change it every month. They have an amazing CTS program but Goodluck getting in. They only choose their favorites.

Cons

Other than that, everything sucks. Overworked and underpaid is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Weekly team meetings are a joke because they always ask why are we stressed then proceed to give 3 new things we have to start doing for our processes then get upset when we make mistakes. Favoritism obviously is a big issue anywhere you go but here it’s ridiculous.ive seen too many hard workers go unnoticed because they aren’t buddy buddy with the supervisors. And those that are, get promotions, employees of the month, etc. it’s very disheartening. I can count on one hand the amount of times someone actually earned employee of the month and I’ve been here two years.
