      Really a family atmosphere, everyone cares and wants to see you succeed. Sometimes it’s the people who you work with that makes all the difference.

      Not one I have experienced or even heard of since I have been here.

      Hard to get fired. They will give you ample chances

      Cons

      Only cater to employees that have been there for a while’s turnover rate doesn’t matter. Even if you go above and beyond it isn’t recognized
