Pros
Unlimited vacation as of 2022. Within Knoll, great coworkers who pull together to get the job done -Did not work with the HM side much. Potential for HM promotion structure to be implemented to Knoll employees. Hybrid work model -flexibility dependent on your manager.
Cons
Knoll was a very flat organization with little opportunity for advancement. There is talk of that changing sometime in the future. As MillerKnoll, changes are being made to the processes which makes work more difficult for Knoll employees while management tries to make it the same as HM. In many cases, this is just resulting in more work -hopefully, this is short term but they don't seem tto be aware of this.
