Weird place to work - Anonymous employee MillerKnoll Employee Review

They have actual goals of % of women and POC in leadership roles. I don't see how that's even legal but every personnel move is obviously towards those metrics rather than merit. Global "team" doesn't feel much like a team. They'll interpret that feedback as "people need to return to the office" but that would only make things worse. I can't imagine a more unlikable person than the CEO. She is every bit the kind of person who would tell people to get out of pity city while bringing in almost an extra million dollars for herself.
