Pros
Great benefits, pay, and no weekends. Always busy and never a slow day so time will fly by.
Cons
Most decisions made by the management team and HR are not business decision. Most are emotionally driven. Leading to friction between employees, management, and supervisors. There is a lot of favoritism from supervisors. Promotions of people who have not earned them but been promised from a deal made with supervisors. There are issues with point system, vacation time, and sick time.any times where employees are missing 30+ hours of pay. They violate the policies and make rules up on the fly and cannot produce in writing the policy they are quoting. If it wasn't for the pay I would have quit a long time ago. This is a modern day high paid plantation.
