Pros
It pays decent, not competitive but it’s a good foot in the door for quality. 1 WFH day Healthcare plan is decent
Cons
Management has been unreliable, with lots of moving around from team to team. They also often don’t actually understand the work very well, and upper management isn’t very responsive to any concerns/needs. There isn’t much opportunity for growth because of this, since it’s hard for management to organize trainings or projects when they frequently move. Pay isn’t competitive with comparable roles, it’s generally less. They also skimp out on raises too. The work environment isn’t great. Hot desks in an open office environment, and no lockers or anywhere to store your things. Also not enough desk for everyone. Only work from home once a week, so the desk situation is pretty noticeable.
