Unrealistic expectations, terrible communication, abusive culture, admin/district will talk down to you, admin/district won’t do anything about abuse, challenging inequity will have you targeted, employs male teachers that have been known to be predators, admin/district promote a culture where you sit down and shut up or get booted, the list goes on.
