Firm's charter is exactly my central career focus (Industrial Automation Systems) in an small satellite office team with an informal atmosphere and flexible hours, good pay, mediocre insurance, It is hard to find a Christian firm, to which this one aspires.
Cons
Central company culture is midwest good-old-boys clique angered by innovation rather than nurturing, making our west coast office an outsider, run by a charming saint with political skills that defy others' common sense reasoning, together making this a toxic environment for logical minds, especially experienced experts with values & methods that would bring new and superior capabilities; because innovators and outsiders would be disruptive, they are actively and harshly stifled.
