      Perks, culture, autonomy and structure

      Pay, kpi is hard to achieve with hands tied to your back in the sense of not being able to wheel and deal with clients, accounts. Rigid crm and sales force entries for the sake of filling them. Certain favourites within senior teams.

      Great company perks, free food, trade shows, golf etc. Lots of travel, can be fun but also not when it’s 6 weeks in a row

      Super cut throat personalities from a group of people. People that bark the loudest but do the least. Instead of a raise, they will give you free tickets to an event. Lots of travel
