Pros
Great working environment where the team know their roles and don't hesitate to pitch in whenever needed. Really low stress workplace, Focus is on the job and doing it right. I really like looking around and seeing people proud of where they work.
Cons
For me personally the commute is the only negative, but it is well worth it for how I feel while doing my job and more importantly while I am home at night with my family
