Pros
The Products are first class, the Li-ion Technology is the best out there. For young college grads, there are a lot of exellent opportunities. They have the ability to produce exciting new products, quickly.
Cons
The lack of respect for the field sales force is evident by the amount of turnover... Moving most of the manufacturing to China, hurts the Company w/ the name like "Milwaukee"
