Pros
The companies success and growth over the years has translated into the success and growth of not only my career but many around me. Milwaukee expects employees to go above and beyond which can make this culture difficult to some, but rewards employees greatly for commitment as well as performance.
Cons
We are a mid-size company that was a small company and is heading into "large scale" company territory. The executive team has a lot of opportunities to continue the training and empowerment of middle management to start making more decisions for the business. It can sometimes slow progress having to run decisions through multiple different executive stakeholders.
