Pros
Work with really good people. There is a lot of opportunity to work on projects where you actually make decisions, not micromanaged over every little decision. The company gym is great.
Cons
It can be a bit clubby. If you are in with the right people you move up if not you don't, like most places but a little more here. The hours can be very long.
