Pros

Great teammates, great perks of the job through events, and tools are top of the line. Easy to make your own schedule, but must hit your account package numbers

Cons

Long work hours, everything is a fire drill, customers will call at any hour of the day, or distribution partners you work with. Every day is different and nothing is set in stone. Upper leadership is so out of touch they have extremely high expectations-nothing is ever enough. Evening events as well that could run into family time.
