When most places throw around the word "culture" and tout the culture of their agency, most often than not they do not back it up. Milwaukee Tool not only backs it up but defines what a culture driven environment should be. Very supportive supervisors and higher ups. Instead of being thrown into the deep end, I was given a development plan and ensured that I would be supported every step of the way. So far has been true.
