      Great culture that allows for questioning, candidness, escalation, etc. Engaging, self-driven, and rewarding work. All coworkers (including managers) are easy to approach and talk to.

      Cons

      Subpar salary (given company's massive growth), PTO, other benefits, and cutback on teambuilding/fun events.
