It's redeeming to work with the kiddos! Management was very supportive and trained us well. We also had free snacks and drinks, which was generous.

Some days can feel extremely long, so it's easy to feel a burn out after a few months.

Every day brings new learning opportunities, making the work engaging and helping employees continuously develop their clinical skills.
