Pros
I can't personally speak for the north center, as I was only there for trainings. The center director for the location off of executive drive has the best BCBA's I have ever been able to work under. The pay is very fair for the field. The center director is very involved and will help coach and mentor employees without hesitation. I can heavily recommend this place for its management and workplace culture. Quick facts - They use Rethink behavioral health for tracking data, have student analyst and graduate student programs, and the day to day is full of great experiences and a host of great peers to work with. Pay is extremely dependable, and the staff is very willing to be flexible with schedules for a myriad of reasons (home-life, school, time off for health issues/treatments, etc.).
Cons
The benefits aren't amazing if you have a family. They will cover half of your health insurance cost, but not any for spouse or children, you pay for those in full. Still great that they offer benefits, and you don't deal with them trying to avoid full-time status like some other companies do.
