Pros
if you call them pros then free lunch and work from home. but thats exactly what you would curse after a year
Cons
everything is a con here. Under the veil of a simple personality wanting to make a difference to the society hides a person who is indecisive, self-centered, psychotic, egoistic and full of suspicion. He trusts not even his own decisions which he keeps changing every now and then. He beats himself in being fickle-minded everytime. He has created a kingdom where he rules based on his everyday whims and where he kills meritocracy without any remorse. He draws special pleasure in watching people getting frustrated. He has tricked many good people to join who have later left realizing that they have been fooled. He has no aim, no goals , no good intent. He draws sadistic pleasure in troubling people and playing with their careers. He is well supported and surrounded by his group of delivery leads comprising of a bunch of people who can be best termed as parasites. They have been slowly and steadily killing the organization. They lack education and expertise and regularly plot the downfall of juniors who they feel are competent and likely to take their positions. What is strange is that the ceo, inspite of being a product of top indian institutes, supports them in their activities. Meritocracy has been murdered in this organization. CEO also talks about destroying mindfire once every 3 years and retiring but does neither of these two. Last heard he has got two of his incapable delivery heads to rule the organization . They are his puppets and he pulls the strings. Rather than investing in good people he sponsors surfing festivals. The company has no policies so that they can be made real time to the advantage of the CEO. He also considers himself to be captain jack sparrow and very often talks about sailing his ship ( mindfire ) in deep ocean . In reality however, both him and the ship are anchored for more than a decade at the same place. People have come and gone but the king and his bunch of jokers continue to live on like this – the former out of choice and the latter because they know of nothing else. People interested to join can confirm all of the things mentioned by checking with present and ex-employees. All this has been written with the earnest intention of stopping people from getting duped by these fraudsters. Do not get fooled by the sweet talk and promises during interviews…..the trap lies there. They will talk about growth and big future plans and great technical work. None of these are true.
