- No value for experience.. freshers are godfather - You will feel like stagnant at some point of time no learning curves - Bad projects and their structure - No one their who has experience in particular technology or who can help you out if you are blocked. - Clients are good - Frequently changing company policies - No HR panel hire even I can say sleeping set of people who are handling of this department who doesn't know whom to reply and how to reply and when to reply. - Reputation, noting to say about this even I can laugh on this where company organise an irrelevant event out of technology and ask people to like company facebook or any social media site page to keep increasing their count. - No business analyst even they dont have technical architect people who joined as freshers are all in one. - No specific sales department. - No corporate feelings moreover you will feel working with a govt organization. - Overnight thinking of changing a service based company to product based company.
