Pros
Mindgrub is a great place if you want to learn and grow. When I started, I didn’t have much tech experience, but I’ve learned so much here, not just about the work itself, but also about how different industries need different solutions. It’s really opened my eyes to how flexible and creative problem-solving can be.
The people are super friendly and always willing to help. They want you to succeed and will support you whether you see your future at Mindgrub or eventually move on.
Of course, like anywhere, there can be frustrations, but Mindgrub gives people a lot of opportunities. I’ve seen bigger companies that treat people as replaceable, but here it feels much more personal and supportive. Since it’s still a smaller business, there are growing pains, but also a lot of chances to make an impact.
Cons
Remote work is hard for any company! Not a con for the company though, just need to make sure some people are online or not.
