Pros
- great people, I seriously enjoy working and spending time with my coworkers and consider many of them to be good friends - everyone is genuinely talented and good at what they do - incredible perks like monthly beer club, VR and game room, ping pong table, pool table, data plan/ezPass/gym membership stipends, training stipend, 401k matching, profit sharing, adventure club ( we've done paintball and even a ski trip where lift tickets, food, and weekend stay at a chalet on the mountain was covered by Mindgrub ) - interesting office and good location - leadership genuinely cares about employees and welcomes feedback with open door policies - company has been doing incredibly well and growing very quickly so career development and upward mobility is good - flexible schedule
Cons
- expectations can be VERY high and it can get stressful and overwhelming at times - all those awesome perks do come at a price and you will find that salaries are competitive but a bit lower than other companies in the same field - quick growth also means there are some growing pains: things change quickly so you must be good at adapting - insurance is pretty expensive compared to larger companies - PTO is only about average in my opinion
