* Parking at the office has progressively worsened, primarily due to new construction in the area. * Physical separation between creatives and engineers. * No personal storage space, so any personal items can only be left out in the open. This raises tension in the office, as coworkers slowly disappear from the office without explanation. * The company has an unwritten policy that providing lunch during a meeting means that the meeting is excluded from an employees working hours. Some of these meetings are mandatory, which has led to scheduling/time management problems. Doubly so when the mandatory meetings take longer than expected. * Criticism of decisions by management are responded to with scorn and aggression. Employees are encouraged to only respond in private, closed-door meetings with HR. Public criticism is considered destructive behavior. * Occasional one-on-one meetings with employees that have not worked sufficient overtime. Their hours are compared against the company's "top performers". * Employees frequently feel required to work during their lunch break. * Adoption of agile methodology has been limited in scope. * A survey was sent to employees to determine whether the benefit of combining sick leave and vacation time would be worthwhile even if the combined time was reduced. Survey results were never made available. Vacation time and sick leave were combined and then reduced. When asked, management said that the company could not have afforded to pay the previous amounts, indicating that the survey was irrelevant.
