By far, the best thing about Mindgrub is the people you get to work with. Every member of the teams I got to work with were professional and put their all into every project. We didn't always have the easiest clients to work with, but that didn't stop anyone from trying their best. You'll always have a shoulder to learn if you work at Mindgrub. Mindgrub also tries to put on company-wide events that are sometimes great. A few can be a little cheesy, but overall the happy hours and stuff around the city is fun.

Cons

Mindgrub cares more about its image than it does employees. This fact is pretty obvious when you see the numerous fake reviews on glassdoor. It's a well-known secret within the company that some reviews are faked by leaderhship. Burnout is a regular thing at Mindgrub, and leadership doesn't do much to stop it. During COVID, regular employees were given no support besides some company-wide emails. The turnover rate is also extremely high. People leave in bunches and don't look back.

I’m sorry you feel we haven’t supported our team members during COVID and have high turnover. We did, in fact, invest a lot of time and energy this year into team-member heath and wellness through our dedicated Wellness Week, Games For Good, work from home stipends, hardship loans, exceptional communications, social programming, Fun Committee, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, Remote Workers Committee, a new Intranet, Marketplace, and now we’re adding 3 more paid holidays to get us through the end of COVID. We also have had turnover less than 18% annually for years now, in an industry that averages double that. In addition, Glassdoor removes fake reviews. I realize perception trumps reality and the world seems unfair. I assure you we care deeply and invest immensely in our team. I see you have moved on from the company now. Good luck with your future endeavors.
