Pros

Friendly atmosphere, Helpful Co-workers, Fast-paced work, Good benefits. Mirra co has been busy and it seems like the company will be growing due to work demands. The management's knowledge of day-to-day activity makes the work run smoothly.

Cons

There will be a demand for more employees soon. Some workers have been pulling more than their weight because there is a lot to do. But to me that seems like a good thing. It makes for an exciting work place.

Pros

What you put in you receive back, They maintain the family style of ownership and management as best as they can. Co-workers are great and enjoy working with them.

Cons

every place has areas for improvement, communication could improve.
