Since working here I have found that the environment is very welcoming and positive. They have a strong commitment to their employees and treat everyone with utmost respect, something that not many employers do. The owner goes out of his way every morning to greet everyone at the home office with genuine interest in how his employees are. It is very apparent how much "family company" applies to Mirra Company. Not only is the third generation working, but many employees have a sibling or a grownup child working as well. It is so nice to see the company expanding their range of work! For all the growing pains the company goes through they somehow always maintain a positive work culture.
Cons
The only negative I can see is the lack of baked goods on a regular basis in the kitchen :)
