Pros

The benefits at Mirra are pretty decent for the industry, health, dental, 401k 75% match up to 6%. PTO was sick and vacation that were interchangeable. only issue was you never knew how much you had available. Holiday paid, not every federal or even state holiday.

Cons

Not even federal holiday off, hard to track PTO. waiting period to be vested in 401k is 3 years.

What you put in you receive back, They maintain the family style of ownership and management as best as they can. Co-workers are great and enjoy working with them.

Cons

every place has areas for improvement, communication could improve.
