Flexible hours, short shifts, wonderful environment

Hard to work a large sum of hours a week

Interacting with residents was the best part of my day. Everyone operates in one large building where residents live.

Policies had not been updated in decades. Write ups and terminations did not follow best practices. High turnover creates a negative work environment. Employees are seen as numbers, not people.
