Pros
Missouri State University is a great employer, they had great benefits and the 2nd shift was a great shift to work. The student workers were pleasant and hard working and the Director of User Support was also a great boss and the teachers were for the most part quick to learn the technology
Cons
Working projects while supporting teachers was a tighter fit for fitting into the standard work week and there was not always a even distribution of tickets across the shifts (but this is not due to the managers but other shift workers).
