Pros
The university itself seems to be a great place to work and attend school, but this is dependent on which department you are located in. For instance, the biomedical sciences and other science departments seem wonderful. The college of business and the humanities college also seem to be great. The school of agriculture seems to be its own separate entity, apart from the rest of the university.
Cons
Professors and staff who are tenured. Lots of resistance to change a certain department. The only way for progress is to accept new ideas and ways of thinking and when certain professors are old and have been doing their job for so long, they become stuck in their habits.
