Pros

The university as a whole really strives to be very inclusive of all types of people, with different cultures and backgrounds, which I think is really neat. It's also a great learning environment for different in-class room classes, but also good life-learning lesson classes (such as women's self defense). One of the biggest perks I am a fan of (which goes for most universities) is getting two weeks paid vacation during the winter holiday season. My favorite thing about working for MSU however, is that it is a smoke free campus and they do really well to hold people accountable to this rule.

Cons

I haven't really found anything that I truly dislike about working for the university as a whole. There's always improvements which could be made within individual departments, including my own, but there's nothing I'm disappointed with as a whole.
