Pros
The vacation time is better than anywhere I've seen. Full time positions often come with 20 vacation days per yer plus up to 2 weeks off at Christmas and a handful of holidays. The health and dental insurance are also decent.
Cons
Merit-based raises are difficult to come by. Most annual raises are given across the board, but are generally rather small.
