Pros

Coworkers were pretty friendly and helpful and management was decent. Good product overall that they sell. It appeared you can make good money there if you can sustain your success month over month. However at least half the sales floor was not meeting quota.

Cons

No CRM system to track your customers, which is absurd for a call center this big. You make 100-200 calls a day and all of them blind. You can't see any notes on an accounts until the call connects. Horrible database that can't separate current customers from prospects, nor do they update bad numbers or contacts or even allow you to do it. I called multiple deceased former owners at auto shops(some had passed years ago) a week. Many other calls were to current customers wondering why I was calling them. Very little training at all too. I started on the phones the very first day after a couple hours of training, which is a huge red flag. Why would you want someone with very little knowledge of your company or products representing you immediately on the phones? They also have a chargeback system that allows the company to hedge their bets on you. If the customer cancels service during the first 30 days, you are charged back the full sale amount. To take that a step further, if the customer cancels in the 11th month of a 12 month contract you are charged back the full amount, no proration. Numerous sales reps had negative sales revenue numbers for most of the time I worked there. Basically you have to sell twice as much software on your monthly quota to earn the same commission amount every month. Product cancellations appear to be around 40% every month. Worst call center I have ever worked at.

Pros

Great people. Some managers seem to really care about their employees. Work can be satisfying, and pay is okay.

Cons

It's a 1970s mentality running a 2020s software company. Other than near-shore contractors, remote work is no longer allowed for devs at all. I'm guessing it's to justify the cost of constructing and running a shiny new building, or having no trust in your employees. Morale isn't great.
