Stressful would be an understatement. Compensation often felt below market value for the workload and expectations. The management culture felt very clique-oriented, and advancement opportunities seemed heavily dependent on relationships rather than performance. On the sales side, there was a high level of micromanagement throughout deals, which made it difficult to work autonomously.
